What materials do you offer for prints?
We offer 5 premium materials: Hahnemühle Fine Art Paper (308g/m², museum quality), Hahnemühle Photo Rag (188g/m², natural white), Alu-Dibond (direct print on aluminum), Acrylic Glass (4mm, glossy), and Canvas (stretched on wooden frame).
What sizes are available?
We offer 6 formats: 30×20 cm, 45×30 cm, 60×40 cm, 90×60 cm, 120×80 cm, and 150×100 cm. All prints are produced to exact dimensions by our partner laboratory WhiteWall in Germany.
What are the delivery times?
Prints are made to order. Allow 7 to 14 business days for France, 10 to 21 days for the European Union. You will receive an email at each stage (production, shipping, delivery) with a tracking number.
Can I return a print?
As prints are made to order according to your specifications (choice of format, material, size), they are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code. However, in case of manufacturing defect or transport damage, we ensure replacement or refund.
How is my personal data protected?
Your security is our priority. All data is encrypted, payments are processed by Stripe (PCI DSS standard), and our database is hosted in the European Union. We apply GDPR and you can exercise your rights (access, rectification, deletion) at any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal, via the secure Stripe platform. All transactions are protected by SSL/TLS encryption.
How can I track my order?
Log in to your account to track your order status in real time. You will also receive automatic emails at each key stage: payment confirmation, production start, shipping with tracking number, and delivery.
